We, members and leaders of the ADC, and other well-meaning Nigerians, lovers of democracy, are saying that our democracy must not be killed. We say NO to a one-party system and for that today we’re calling out Nigerians who believe in unity, peace, and security of our country to join us as we defend democracy in our land. A New Nigeria is POssible. -PO

Based on our current financial standing, we may not be able to fund all our 2026 South East Maths Olympiad winners to participate in International STEM Olympiad Grand Final in Rome (July 2- 8) to compete with 154 countries. We needed €32,200 but we have limited funds right now and time is against us for the final registrations. I will ensure that at-least one of the student winners, a teacher and a supervisor will represent us in Rome July 2 - 8. We have 2027 South East Maths Olympiad preparation ongoing which is already requiring funds. You can view our public ledger here isee.ng/public-ledger

Don-Anele Marvelous Munachimso had a grand welcome in his school assembly at Diamonds Special College, Owerri. He won the Senior Category Prize of N5 million for the South East Maths Olympiad. He is now a millionaire student all because of maths. 2027 season will be exciting.

Look at the 3 boys from Evergreen school Enugu that topped the Junior Category in South East Maths Olympiad Grand Finale. They have finished engineering maths back to back, finished lacombe back to back, also finished German maths syllabus. They fear nothing in mathematics.

Do you know what it takes for bandits to capture a corps member, record him being flogged, post it online, and demand ₦5 million as ransom and not a single govt official has addressed it? For crying out loud, he’s a Corper oh. He’s serving the country. No words from Nysc DG.

I’m putting out this post in hope that someone can locate this woman and we can all help her. This is incredibly unsettling and heartbreaking to watch. This is an old blind woman doing this daily dangerous work just to be able to feed. This is too sad.

It is with sorrow and concern that I learned of the recent attacks against various communities in Nigeria leading to a heavy loss of life. I express my prayerful closeness to all the victims of violence and terrorism. I likewise hope that the competent Authorities will continue to work with determination to ensure the safety and protection of the life of every citizen. #PrayTogether

Engaging directly with the Grassroots. Today, at 6:30 a.m., I set out from our office in the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) with a clear mission: to engage directly with the grassroots and drive home our vision of leadership that genuinely serves the people. I made my first stop at the Abaji Area Council, where I campaigned alongside Dr Mohammed Ibrahim, the ADC chairmanship candidate for the area. I took a decisive one-hour walk through the community, listening intently to their voices, understanding their aspirations, and reinforcing my conviction that true leadership must always be accessible, grounded in the realities of the people it serves. Afterwards, I headed straight to the Kwali Area Council to support Hon. Jeremiah Badoji, the ADC chairmanship candidate there. Once again, I dedicated a full hour to walking among the people. Leadership is not a distant concept; it is forged through presence, endurance, and authentic connection. I then journeyed to Zuba, where I championed Pharmacist Iko Danjuma, the ADC chairmanship candidate for Gwagwalada Area Council. Following that, I visited Deidei Market, where I directly engaged with traders and residents while advocating for Dr Moses Paul, the ADC chairmanship candidate for Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC). I reaffirmed my commitment to inclusive development that permeates every sector of society. A New Nigeria is not just a dream; it is a POssibility. -PO
