@HMRCcustomers Hi just wondering if someone can help me with my tax refund? i had not hit my tax free amount but the online advisor i just spoke to has told me there is no tax due back? totally baffled

@HMRCcustomers not sure i received the p800 tax calculation but just checked my statements and i did receive a payment back in the September but my earnings for that year of 2022-2023 are still under the freshhold of the 12,570?
@HMRCcustomers nope i checked the app and it says the amount 206.80 though i will have to check my bank statements to see what i got at this time from work
@HMRCcustomers i spoke to muruva and they said there was no tax due back to me now as i had gotten my refund in the september when i finished my employment but i wasn’t aware that was the case
and before i get directed to somewhere else i have tried calling, i have resubmitted my self assessment and i spoke to the self assessment chat and the agent was very rude, unprofessional and they told me to speak to the paye team

@HMRCcustomers i recently called to advise i was no longer self employed but my UTR is still active but my HMRC app says i’m no longer employed? how can i fix this phone lines say self assessment is closed until september? and we chat is no help

@HM_Passport i have received an email back from my passport application saying you need to see proof of my mothers name change? but she said not changed her name i even provided her passport number and you can see her full name on her passport?
