If you’re dead broke, the most powerful lever you can pull to scale an agency: Dream 100 outreach. 1. You make a list of 100 dream clients. 2. New copy hack I don't want to share: 1. Find a viral YouTube video in your niche 2. Use an extension like Glasp to copy the transcript 3. Paste into Claude with the prompt: "Can you pull lines from this video transcript that would work as VSL hooks? I.e. "you literally hate your hair if you're not using this" 4. Enjoy dozens of "from the horse's mouth" hooks in the exact words your market would use. For the above example I used a vid from the haircare niche and got outputs like this: - "You know how great your hair looks after your stylist does it? Here's a secret — you can have that every single day." - "If you're still washing your hair the way your parents taught you when you were a little kid, it's time to upgrade." - "You have an adult skincare routine. It's time for an adult haircare routine." - "Your stylist uses a bunch of products that don't really do anything — it's like a barista doing a creamy design in your coffee that looks amazing but tastes exactly the same." - "90% of hair products actually make your hair worse." "Your old shampoo left gunk on the outside of your hair that hid the dryness underneath — it was still there the whole time." - "Hair only seems hard because no one ever slows down to properly teach you the steps." 5. Now apply your copy chops to the hooks that look promising, and test.
