@cleevsy @Esmurh I mean it deffo is, he prob weighed himself after a full day of eating and not shitting so take away 2-3kg. He prob was dehydrated and had no glycogen stores in before so take away 2-4kg, he prob gained 70% fat water weight/ glycogen. So maybe he put on 3kg of contractile tissue

@Esmurh 16kg in 2 months isn’t possible natural and probably not even blasting gear. Normal newbie gains would result in maybe 10kg in your first year. That’s with everything optimised.

Gym friends: 🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♀️ - Need some gym straps for push and some for pull - Also thinking a lifting belt. I do have some ideas of what I want, but never hurts to ask the timeline.

@EnigmaAMC People that build their base relying on belts are at a way greater risk of injury in the long term, get that lower back solid af and core strong, then implement a belt.

@EnigmaAMC Belt and straps arent need but can be very useful when u’ve built a good base, 400 squat 225 row for example. Before that ur lower back, core and grip should be getting worked and improving, but theres obviously a limit to how strong ur grip can get compared to your back.
