April 23rd 54kg/119lb → June 27th 70kg/154.5lb Recently I was the weakest version of myself. I woke up everyday without purpose. I had put all my happiness into other people which had lead me to a dark place. I relive that moment often and I think about how close I was to doing something very stupid. Now it’s my duty to the old me to press on and keep growing. He’s proud of me and I can’t let him down. I made him a promise and I will keep it at all costs. The one thing that has brought me here, made me better and gave me inner peace, is the gym. I will keep going, I will make him proud and I will not apologise to anyone for it. They don’t understand the pain that brought me here.

@Esmurh 16kg in 2 months isn’t possible natural and probably not even blasting gear. Normal newbie gains would result in maybe 10kg in your first year. That’s with everything optimised.
