Absolutely Terrible service from @The_Oodie. Ordered on 6th November. No sign of item, email response after days of waiting was essentially "we don't have any idea when you will get your item, fulfilment doesn't speak with customer service.

@TheAA_UK I was left for 5 hours, I called them 5 times for updates as the ones I was being given never transpired.
It went from 21.15 arrival time to 23.00 I was given eta's with very specific arrival times ie, recovery's sat nav says 22mins , they arrived at 01.15 !
