After reading Ren’s and Zeal’s documents, it is now clear that Ren falsely portrayed Zeal as manipulative because she felt rejected, since he didn’t want to be in a committed relationship with her. Here is my analysis of Zeal’s doc which proves my point.

I lost the role.
This was something I had wanted for most of my life. I kept calling and reaching out for updates, hoping to hear something back, but today I found out they’ve moved forward without even responding to me.
I truly lost the role. I’m honestly heartbroken.

It's worse than that. They can't even print enough cards so that kids can buy them at MSRP.
Their product is literally pieces of paper with 80% margins and they haven't figured out how to produce them at scale; this has been the status quo now for *years*.

what's really insane is the franchise is this popular and you still can't buy the old games, nobody has remade the original with new tech and gameplay, there are no pokemon parks, and there are no major blockbusters. there is probably half a trillion dollars on the table rn.
