@Fightful I watched it on what was then called “closed-circuit TV” at the old Kingdome in Seattle. There was no such thing as PPV. I was 15 at the time and was amazed at the star power at MSG from guest referee Muhammad Ali, Cyndi Lauper, Liberace (yes he was there!) and Billy Martin.
