Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay has ordered the renovation and modernisation of Amma Canteens. At present, 383 Amma Canteens are functioning under the Greater Chennai Corporation in Tamil Nadu, while another 237 Amma Canteens are being operated through other municipal corporations and municipalities across the state. Following discussions with the concerned government department secretaries, the Chief Minister has directed officials to improve the infrastructure facilities required for Amma Canteens, immediately procure necessary cooking equipment, and ensure the uninterrupted supply of quality and tasty food to the public. Chief Minister has also ordered that the expenses for this renovation and procurement of materials be met from the general funds of the municipal corporations and municipalities. (File pic)

சொத்து வாங்குவோர் கவனத்திற்கு..! இனி அசல் ஆவணம் இல்லையென்றால் நோ ரிஜிஸ்ட்ரேஷன்..! பத்திரப்பதிவின் போது சம்பந்தப்பட்ட சொத்தின் அசல் ஆவணங்கள் தாக்கல் செய்வதை கட்டாயமாக்கும் தமிழ்நாடு அரசினுடைய மசோதாவுக்கு ஜனாதிபதி ஒப்புதல் அளித்துள்ளார். மூலப்பத்திரம் இல்லையெனில் வருவாய்த்துறையின் பட்டாவை சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும் என மசோதாவில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 2025 ஆம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்நாடு சட்டமன்றத்தில் பத்திரப்பதிவு மசோதா ஒன்று தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டது. ஒப்புதலுக்காக அந்த மசோதா ஆளுநர் ஆர்.என். ரவிக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்கப்பட்டது. அவர் அதை இந்திய குடியரசுத் தலைவர் திரௌபதி மர்முவின் ஒப்புதலுக்கு அனுப்பி வைத்தார். தற்ப்போது அந்த மசோதாவிற்கு ஒப்புதல் அளித்துள்ளார் ஜனாதிபதி திரௌபதி மர்மு. பத்திரப் பதிவு மசோதாவில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளதாவது - ஒரு சொத்தை பத்திரப்பதிவு செய்யும்போது அதன் அசல் ஆவணங்களை கட்டாயம் தாக்கல் செய்ய வேண்டும். குறிப்பிட்ட அந்த சொத்து மூதாதையர் சொத்தாக இருந்து அதற்கு மூலப்பத்திரம் இல்லையென்றால் அதற்கான வருவாய்த்துறையின் பட்டாவை சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும் என்றும், ஒருவேளை அந்த சொத்து அடமானத்தில் இருந்தால், அடமானம் பெற்ற நபரிடமிருந்து தடையில்லா சான்றிதழ் பெற வேண்டும். அத்துடன் அந்த சான்றை பத்திரப் பதிவின் போது சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும். மேலும் சொத்தின் அசல் ஆவணங்கள் தொலைந்து விட்டதென்றால், அந்த சூழலில் இது சம்பந்தமாக காவல்துறையில் புகார் அளித்து ஆவணத்தை கண்டுபிடிக்க முடியவில்லை என்கிற சான்றிதழைப் பெற வேண்டும். அத்துடன் கூடுதலாக ஆவணம் காணாமல் போனது சம்பந்தமாக உள்ளூர் நாளிதழில் விளம்பரம் செய்து, அதன் நகலையும் சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் அந்த மசோதாவில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.

பட்டா (Patta) திருத்தம் செய்வது எப்படி என்பதை பார்க்கலாம் வாங்க உங்கள் நில உரிமை ஆவணங்கள் மற்றும் வரி பதிவுகளில் ஏற்பட்ட பிழைகளை சரி செய்வதற்கான நடைமுறை. இது பொதுவாக பெயர் பிழை, பரப்பளவு பிழை, சர்வே எண் பிழை, பங்கீடு பிழை போன்றவற்றுக்கு செய்யப்படுகிறது. Patta Correction செய்வது எப்படி?. 1. தேவையான ஆவணங்கள் தயாரிப்பு பத்திரம் (Sale Deed / Settlement Deed / Partition Deed / Will etc.) தற்போதைய பட்டா நகல் சிட்டா & ஆதங்கல் (Chitta, A-Register extract) நிலவரி ரசீது (Tax Receipt) EC (Encumbrance Certificate) ஆதார், வாக்காளர் அடையாள அட்டை போன்ற அடையாள சான்றுகள் 2. விண்ணப்பம் செய்வது அருகிலுள்ள தாலுகா அலுவலகம் / VAO அலுவலகத்தில் (Village Administrative Officer) விண்ணப்பிக்க வேண்டும். ஆன்லைன் மூலமாகவும் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்: Tamil Nadu e-Services → “Patta Chitta” option → Correction request. 3. விண்ணப்பப் படிவத்தில் குறிப்பிட வேண்டியவை பிழையான விபரம் (எ.கா: பெயர் தவறு, survey number mismatch) சரியான விபரம் ஆதார ஆவணங்கள் இணைக்க வேண்டும் 4. அலுவலக பரிசோதனை VAO / Surveyor / RI (Revenue Inspector) வந்து நிலத்தை சரிபாரிப்பார்கள். பிழை உண்மையாக இருந்தால் தாசில்தார் (Tahsildar) அவர்களால் திருத்த உத்தரவு வழங்கப்படும். 5. பட்டா திருத்த உத்தரவு ஒப்புதல் கிடைத்ததும் புதிய Corrected Patta வழங்கப்படும். ஆன்லைனில் e-Patta பதிவிறக்கம் செய்யலாம். முக்கிய குறிப்புகள் வழக்கில் நிலம் இருக்கக் கூடாது. தேவையான ஆவணங்கள் முழுமையாக இருக்க வேண்டும். சில சமயங்களில் “கட்டணம் (Processing Fee)” இருக்கும சிறிது கால அவகாசம் கொடுக்க வேண்டும். #இன்றையதகவல் #தெரிந்துகொள்வோம் #அறிவோம்சட்டம் #பட்டாதிருத்தம்
