Lack of score keeping 4. Ability to self reflect 5. Ability to take in another person's perspective 6. Predictable behavior (words align with actions) 7. Space and freedom is given as needed

@helenzille @timhobden Look at Vietnam - arguably best in world. 0 deaths, all schools closed from last week in Jan until last month. Very few areas compulsory shut-down. Many businesses did close, social distancing enforced, use of masks compulsory. And very disciplined population. All items for sale.
