@kulula I have to date not received my refund following the March grounding saga. Sent numerous emails and at this stage the courtesy of an actual response not the automated response would be appreciated.

Comair regrets to advise its flights have been voluntarily suspended from 1 Jun pending securing funding. If your flight has been cancelled, please don't travel to airport unless you have alternative arrangements. Our apologies for the inconvenience

So I have bought tickets for myself and family for Eid (July) .@kulula can not refund my tickets ( as flights are not cancelled as yet and if I go the normal refund route - this will take 8-10 weeks) to purchase new tickets . First and last attempt to book with Kulula ever !

I received an email from Comair offering me a full refund which I have done.
Thank you #Comair @British_Airways @kulula for doing the ethical thing.
I do hope you sort your issues out and continue being a leading airline in South Africa.

@Me04440496 If you have sent the team an email they would have your email address to communicate with you on. Unfortunately we can't give you an exact time frame as the team are dealing with extremely high volumes. - BM

@kulula @Fly_Airlink How sorry are you when my 2 boys I have not seen for over 8 weeks cannot fly next Sat on June 18 , willing to pay the R13000 flights that Safair are now charging , look forward to hear how sorry you guys really are ! Talk is cheap !

@engelbright Customers affected by the suspension receive notification on the changes to their flight being affected and cancelled. All customers with valid email and SMS information have been sent communication of this. Apologies if you did not receive this. - BM

@kulula Why don’t you cancel your flight that you know will not take to air and give passengers their money back? At least BA have the decency to inform all passengers by email that the flights have been canceled and gave them options for a refund etc. #kulula #poorservice

@kulula I cannot afford to wait until the day of my flight to find out if my flight is "suspended" or not I want a refund so that I can rebook with a different airline and tell me to wait 8 - 10 weeks for a refund is madness, if you can't even refund my flight that is in 2 weeks
