@British_Airways how long does it take for tier points to be added for the cost of the holiday/flights. We completed the return flight on Sun. All Avios have been added, and tier points for paying for the seat selection and “extra” tier points have been added from the promotion.

@7ElevenThailand just been to 8 of your stores in Krabi to collect Western Union, all of them said they couldn’t do it, seems they think the system is broke and doesn’t work.

@British_Airways I understand that. Some airlines allow you to use a fast track service to get through arrival immigrations fast so you can skip the queue. Do you offer that.
