If you will not accept an AI generated court judgment then you should not promote AI generated pleadings.

I cannot believe I have combed through the Civil Procedure Act and Rules to determine whether I am allowed to use a word processor to draft a legal document. I hardly dared to hit Ctrl + F and search for “word processor,” lest I be deemed to have gained an undue advantage.
