@British_Airways I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks now. It’s becoming a bit of a joke, I’m in Miami working with no clothes but had to spend £1000+ on new stuff and all you guys can do is say high volumes, they haven’t forgotten. 3 weeks ffs!!! Very poor customer service

@British_Airways have been the absolute worst when it comes to finding my case or sorting my claim. I think it’s quite possible the worst airline I’ve ever travelled with. They think it’s okay to leave their customers abroad with no money and no belongings. Not on. Get it sorted
