A record drop in waiting lists is being sold as success, but much of it comes from patients being removed, not treated. A&E is still in crisis with corridor care and long delays, while persistent staffing shortages continue to strain the system. That is not fixing the NHS.

Only 16% of the English population live in London. By running the NHS from London, for Londoner's, we are ignoring 84% of the population. If we want health equality for the entire population we need to be England-centric.

Everything added to the GP held record is shared via the NHS app, unless a human overrides the sharing of each specific item. Whilst it's a human error that sensitive details are shared, the system is so complicated it's inevitable.

@IvanCamphor The obvious mechanism to increase GP Practice income is to charge for appointments.

In just ten years, general practice’s share of the health budget has fallen from 11% to under 7%. That underfunding means fewer GPs, less capacity, and longer waits for patients. Who is looking after GP Partners?

The lack of LMC involvement in negotiations and the potential for ICBs to enact local variations without PCN agreement. The addition of a clause allowing local alteration of financial flows is particularly worrying, as it could lead to reduced funding for practices.
