Here's the 3 step process I'd follow:

1) Get seen
Nobody buys from someone they've never heard of. You need to show up where your ideal clients already are — engaging in the right conversations and posting content that speaks directly to their struggles. Do this consistently and the algorithm keeps pushing you in front of new eyes. Visibility isn't vanity. It's the foundation on which everything else is built on.
2) Build trust and prove your expertise
Getting seen gets you attention. What you do with that attention is what matters. Share your real insights, talk about the problems your audience faces daily, and show the thinking behind what you do. The more specific and honest you are, the faster people start to see you as someone worth paying.
3) Dial in your business operation
This is the part most people skip. And wonder why they stay stuck. You need a clear offer people can say yes to, a simple way to qualify the right leads, and a sales process that feels natural rather than pushy. Without these in place, even the best content won't consistently convert into clients. Content brings people in. Operations turn them into paying clients.
