Maikel Garcia is in serious pain after a 106.5 mph line drive hit his thumb/wrist area, missing his glove. Players motioned for another player to get warmed up when they checked on him. But after a long visit from the trainer, Garcia is staying in the game.

You cannot overstate how many dumb things the royals do to lose games. Not guarding line in bottom of 9th gets you a seat on the bench in little league. Wow.
