@openeir @IvertecBB @MHealyRae @NormaFoleyTD1 @Listowel_ie @radiokerrynews @RTEToday Broadband outage in North Kerry continues for day 5 with no visibility to when this will be rectified. This is unacceptable service and less than advertised reliability by most service providers

Issue at data centre was resolved and service restored at 11.15am. Any customers still without service can contact our support team by calling 066 9478811 (select option 3) or by emailing support@ivertec.ie.

There is currently a major fault at a data centre in Dublin impacting phone and internet services for multiple providers, including a large part of our network. This is also delaying our ability to send SMS notifications.

@SeanTheBawn Hi Sean. There was a network problem in Library Place this morning following Storm Darragh overnight, which would have impacted some of our services in the Cromane area. Our engineer team resolved the issue there by around midday today. Colin, Ivertec Support.

We are monitoring the impact of Storm Eunice on our network. We understand many customers in South Kerry are without internet until power is restored in the area. Current ESB restore time is 6pm today. To check for ESB updates in your area, please visit powercheck.esbnetworks.ie

@SiobhanGriff15 Hi Siobhán. There was no damage to our sites in the area but I can see 1 of our engineers was out early this week and repaired the damage caused to the equipment at your house by the thunder storms. Hope all is ok since. Colin, Ivertec.

@IvertecBB Just wondering if you have any future plans to expand to West Cork? Living in a rural village just outside Ballincollig heading towards Macroom...we're on a waiting list for full fibre via NBI (Sept 2024 I believe). Our current broadband provider is terrible! Thanks

@tscannell Hi Tim. Our network engineers are on call at weekends and get SMS alerts when a site goes offline. For low or intermittent speed problems at weekends, we recommend emailing support@ivertec.ie and we pass on the reports to the network team as happened here. Colin.

@IvertecBB Thanks Colin. Do you have monitoring on the service? Service was impacted from early Sunday morning. Is there an out of hours contact for when this happens on weekends? I rely on broadband for work over most weekends.
