As well as providing transport, these bicycles symbolise empowerment, independence and new opportunities. They will be distributed to women and men across Kenya, enabling them to join a global community of cyclists.

Today I presided over the handover of 283 bicycles generously donated to @MaMaDoingGood by the Republic of Korea. It is a great honour and privilege to officially receive these bicycles, which include 100 commuter bicycles, 155 electric bicycles and 28 mountain and road bicycles.
