GM, CT!
One of my favorites even back in college is backribs. I admit, I have tried multiple times in recreating the sauce from the resto I really really like here, but I always fail.
So, I wave my white flag in trying to get its accurate taste and focus on making my own. This will be slow cooked over charcoal for hours and will be adding more marinade until it’s tender.
And just like in life, an idea can spark tons of creations— even unique ones along the way. And not everything should be rushed.
As long as the dream, will, and passion is alive, you’ll always be one step forward towards your goal.
