The internet is in a fucked up place right now. Most people are still trying to figure out how to monetize attention and distribution. I’m more interested in what happens when we create markets around them. With the slopification of the internet, everyone has a thesis now. but tbh, most of them are cope. As time progresses, the average person is not going to give a fuck if a creator is AI, human, or “real” as long as they are entertained, informed, or gaining value. There’s only going to be one clean way to tell how much value a creator or builder actually brings to the table: Creator & Builder Indexes. Whether we like it or not, the hyper-financialization of our existence has arrived. It isnt going anywhere. Numbers, stats, and economic value reflected onchain will become one of the purest forms of signal we have left. Most creators are still monetizing attention. Most builders are still trying to figure out how to get attention, or how to value the creators they work with in an ever-shifting landscape. I want to fuck around and find our what happens when we start merging the two. Tomorrow, we begin testing that thesis with $GSTAR. A Creator Index around the full engine: > AI > products > systems > culture > media > network > taste > proof A real capital market. A lot of people don’t see it yet, but the old way is dying right in front of us. The next great creators are not just content channels. The next great builders are not just developers. @SamSteffanina Half life is the lifespan of the model used on a platform until a new frontier model is announced. So basically, until the next version number hits. After that, you reset.

What is the half life on learned AI knowledge? When I see a tutorial is more than a couple of weeks old I can't trust whatever they're teaching hasn't already been disrupted. This is much less true in other industries. I don't care of a Guitar tutorial is even a decade old.

Claude Code is down and now a terrifying number of people have to raw dog the act of thinking.

Made some big updates to my stream creative today. Live game data from Jays games is pulled into a gameday panel now. Upgraded my RSS Parser to handle MLB API data.
