@diikkehh @Moreni_keh @RaenestApp Bro they can’t just migrate acct details in few weeks, people have couple of international companies we work it, the urgent migration was not necessary at all, now I’m battling with them and now asking my company to provide a trace ID for them, why can’t they use transaction ID😭

I really don’t know what you guys are doing again, is Transaction trace ID not same with Transaction ID, i have sent proof for receipt from the international company but you still request for trace ID, which when the company provided it, it’s same on the receipt. @RaenestApp

@IzyllRae @RaenestApp @RaenestApp is compromised, a lot of people’s fund trapped, my 200k still with them, they respond every 5 eke market days. Why are you asking me for trace ID? Something that doesn’t appear in transactions at all only the banks have it.

Hey @RaenestApp this is completely unacceptable. I've been trying to withdraw my money since YESTERDAY and every single transaction keeps getting REVERSED with zero explanation. 6+ failed withdrawals and counting. This is MY money. I need this resolved IMMEDIATELY. @RaenestApp

I received my money into my account, but the next thing I noticed was that you had restricted my account. @RaenestApp Your customer care rep take 2 to 3 days to respond, and when they do, it takes another 2 days to reply again. Please open my account so I can withdraw my money.
