Mamdani is proposing to raise New York's estate tax to 50% and have it kick in at just $750,000.
Here is a $799,998 home in Staten Island that would have to be sold at the homeowners’ death after a lifetime of struggling to pay mortgage payments, just to meet his policies.

First, Palm Beach has amazing restaurants. But second, rich people can fly in to NY for a night, see a show, have dinner, and then fly back to somewhere that doesn't have a Communist mayor. You don't even have to be billionaire rich. Jetblue is like $120 each way.
