If people really watched every single Laker game the way I have and most die hard fans have there’s no way in hell you can convince anyone that Luka isn’t at minimum top 3 in MVP standings. This idea he’s barely top 5 is such an indictment with everything wrong with legacy awards in the NBA.

Lakers had Phil who led us to 5 championships in 12 years and never won a COY. Lakers had prime Kobe who won 1 mvp. Lakers had prime AD who never won a DPOY award.
