@FacelessRanger Kidding ourselves on if we think Rohl is going, I think even a 3rd place finish they'll still give him next year. Took too long with Martin, dragged out Thelwell & Stewart which likely cost us 1 or maybe 2 managers.
We aren't ruthless enough.

@RakoTuke I know he's no the only one, but that's why I'd never start Aasgaard, he's the poster boy for being lazy as fuck off ball, also the amount a times he threw his hands in the air looking for a foul that wasn't going to be given.
Him starting is a big part of our issues.

One thing I’ll always miss with Gerrard/Beale together is the off the ball structure on counters and in general.
No team will be successful if all it takes is beating one midfielder to create a high % chance in getting an opportunity.
So unforgivably lazy when it matters.

The effort to Run back the way from Raskin And Aasgaard compared to the pace of Slattery hitting the box is embarrassing . Miles off it tactically but if you don’t work hard you have no chance of success

@FacelessRanger This is the biggest frustration for me, even the Spain trip, I have zero issues with them going away. But that's been a good few weeks now they've had a full free week+ to train and we are still walking about the pitch looking like the players just met the day before.

@FacelessRanger Finally have proper backing, completely fucked it with the Thelwell/Martin appointments & lets not forget, Rohl was a final part of that "management" decisions, technically 3rd choice.

@1872MB Also the glaring issue of playing with no width, they could just jog down the line unopposed, our fullbacks often having to decide to tuck in and cover midfield runners.
Aasgaard left sterling 1v1, 2v1 the whole first half, jogging back, still walked out 2nd half.
