Move driven by Danny Rohl, who had Windass at Sheffield Wednesday. No club-to-club talks yet. Wrexham had indicated in January they didn't want to sell.🔵

@g_play84 @DylanFromCanada @pathofexile Sure, but for new players I’m sure a free weekend is a much better time to start as a new player since there’s no entry fee. If they like it then it’s also even better since it’s 50% off.
New players don’t know about leagues. Throwing them into one being overhauled seems meh

to me this is completely understandable, idk why ppl are so triggered 🤣🤣

@g_play84 @DylanFromCanada @pathofexile Probably because the game is changing then? Quite substantially. There’s no point making players buy a product that is about to change in a few days, even in standard league.
Letting them try the free product and then decide on paying is literally consumer friendly.

if you open the 50% off now they will enter in the game now. that's it.
btw: the week before the launch ppl use to back to the game to test their new builds, that's why they watch their favorite streamers

@Nod3lr @PBn_Justice @pathofexile It was only “dead” because of the long interim up to this release. POE1 is great and always will be but I don’t think it’s more popular than 2 at this stage, even in paid form.

@PBn_Justice @pathofexile It was really cool when I played it on the early release a while back. I enjoyed the movement. My brothers told me it was kinda dead now with Diablo 4 out and Poe 1 was still popular.
