Usually, the only way you get to hear a load of people saying nice things about you is by being a character in a Netflix show who fakes their own death and sneaks back to their own funeral!

So many people are struggling with things inside - know you are not alone. Still reflecting on @jazampawfarr's talk from this morning. Her message is a powerful one - not just for planners but anybody who wants to make the world better (or even their own lives.) I saw her after the talk and the care with which she listened to stories and gave hugs for those going through things will stay with me. It's a tough time for so many, but to those like the planner who was next to me and brought to tears from the stress of personal and professional trauma, please know that I'm thankful for you and what you do to make your communities better. #npc26 #ittakesaplanner
