Saddened to hear @HalifaxBank closing its Bury St Edmunds branch. The staff are so kind & helpfull. You can use the @PostOffice its upstairs, at a previous @WHSmith ,its changed hands. A creaky old lift a very gloomy badly it floor area, often long lines waiting. Not great

@WHSmith Hi I bought a usb c cable and tried to return it 2 mins after the purchase as I didn't realise the power bank I bought already had a cable. The item was unopened and unused but your Westfield international store assistant refused the return.

@VinnieSull1van I tried to buy The Sun newspaper in WH Smiths in Paddington station. I tried it on 3 different tills, all of which said "error, item not recognised". I even typed in the code number, which still didn't work. I ended up buying The Express instead. @WHSmith @TheSun

@motoway Lymm services. WOW this has to be the worst service station I have ever visited. The staff in all 3 outlets we visited were diabolical, 20 min wait in @CostaCoffee cold pasties from @GreggsOfficial walked out of @WHSmith after waiting 10 mins whilst staff stood chatting
