@Pirates247 He's in a no-win situation. We could have Jim Leyland back and he would still have the same problems with the bullpen that Kelly is experiencing. I don't think there is a damn thing that can be done about the bullpen. We're stuck with these guys.

@colin_dunlap I try to avoid any event, concerts or otherwise, where political views are going to be expressed. It's their right to express them, and it's my right to choose not to go. It's getting harder and harder to avoid those, though.

If you went to last night's Bruce Springsteen show and didn't understand it was going to be a political rally, you are the dumbest human alive. He told people for years. I'm just the kind of person who goes to concerts/games for an escape. Politics there doesn't appeal to me.

Living with guilt. Is this theft? Today I pulled into gas station because I had a bunch of dead bugs on windshield. Got no gas. I used the squeegee they leave in that washer fluid at the pump, cleaned off my windshield and left. No gas or other purchase. Is this bad form?

There are no highs without lows. This weekend was a low, being swept by the Cards was a low. They have a chance for double redemption these next three games in St. Louis, and I like their chances to rebound. This Pirates team is .500 or better. How they respond will show which.

@BBGreatMoments As far as amenities go, I'd have to say Cleveland Municipal Stadium was the worst. There were only 1,800 fans at the game, so there were no traffic issues leaving, but the bathrooms stunk and the concession food was horrible. Strangely enough, I would visit again.

@Jacobc421 @KodyDuncanPGH You obviously know more about mechanics than I do. So I have to wonder, why isn't someone (a hitting coach) working with him to get this straightened out?

@JAlan1966 @KodyDuncanPGH Catchers don’t really prime hitting wise towards the end of their 20s and early 30s. His swing stance is genuinely atrocious he pulls everything. If he sat on it a coach and worked on rebuilding his swing mechanics I think he could be a mid tier decent hitting catcher.

I will admit Henry Davis is a very good defensive catcher, but if he wants to be a starter in this league, this needs to improve by a lot.
