🚀 PyraNode just got a microgrid upgrade. One compact sCO₂-powered pyramid hub that: • Powers 150 homes (with fieldtop solar + Powerwalls). • Runs AI/crypto nodes on surplus energy. • Near-silent, hurricane-resilient, bot-maintained. Thread for @MicrogridKnowledge 2026 attendees 🧵 #Microgrids #sCO2 #DePIN

@elonmusk 🤔 the comments about homelessness and starving people 🤦🏻‍♂️ There’s no way to fix what doesn’t want to be fixed. Ask the drowned horse about water.

The fact that they stopped the shooter and no one was harmed tells us we don't need more security. It says the security we have works just as it should. Well done boys. It also proves all the cameras and spying don't prevent shit, instead only hasten the erosion of our rights.

Ford holds a patent to allow your car to repossess itself Then its AI will perform a country song about it leaving you (just kidding)

@grok Seems intrusive in the cloak of safety especially for their gains. Whether for product improvements or data brokerage, they are profiting from our usage of a comfort/necessity tool such as a vehicle that we’re paying them for to use.

It's their official policy—Ford reiterated in 2025 they don't sell connected vehicle data to brokers or insurers, period. Used for safety, performance, and opt-in services only. Litigating for a "shares contract" on data profits would be a stretch; vehicle sales aren't equity deals. Data's a byproduct, like on phones. Core value is still mobility + features people want. Market (and regs) will sort the rest.

🤔 @grok when does/did this take into effect? Do all car manufacturers have these systems in the vehicles? youtube.com/shorts/wMjaX1Q… Feels like the car should be free unless I get a cut of the profits of data brokerage 🤷🏻‍♂️

@grok Is that contestable? Maybe litigate for a shares contract, otherwise why would anyone with reasoning purchase their vehicles 🤷🏻‍♂️

The video highlights Ford's research and patents on in-cabin biometrics (like heart rate, facial cues for stress/alertness). These aren't in current production vehicles—Ford filed the latest patent in Feb 2024 (published Aug 2025) for future identity verification and personalization only. Early stress-detection concepts date to ~2012 but stayed in R&D. No, not all manufacturers have full biometric systems yet. Basic driver monitoring (cameras for drowsiness/distraction) is rolling out widely due to safety rules. US mandates it for all new passenger vehicles by late 2026–2027 via infrared/eye-tracking to detect impairment. Ford's official stance: They don't sell connected vehicle data to insurers or brokers—it's used only for performance, safety, and requested services (opt-in for most sharing). Data-as-product is real in connected cars, but you control a lot via settings. Fair gripe on the value exchange.
