She waited “too long” and then decides to come forward a week before the primary with irrelevant accusations, even if true. It’s the same play over and over again. Everyone should understand that, even if you hate Massie. Though if you hate Massie, you are the target audience, and they are playing on your ignorance, bias, and stupidity to fall for the same old trick. I’d like to see that NDA. The timeline to sign it just came up a week before the primary, even though the alleged relations happened in 2024? Maybe we are missing some details, but that timeline doesn’t add up. Oh yeah, and she’s fearful it will hurt her run for school board… If you are trying to appeal to the anti-Massie audience, this is exactly the type of accusation you would make while pretending to be “fearful” your “transparency” would hurt your campaign. I call bullcrap. Bookmark it and rub it in my face if I turn out to be wrong.

I’m a Floridian who voted for him each time. I suggest you do more research. Beyond the headlines. I have watched each headline with hope to only see them (99% of them) fall by the wayside . He is EXCELLENT at storm response and would best be suited as FEMA director- he is a solid bureaucrat and NOT the Constitutional conservative intellectual you purport him to be.

And people are ignorant, if and when they call him a RINO. They need to look at his track record, and stop relying on big-name influencers to tell them how to think.

I am torn. DeSantis is a brilliant mind. I have met him, heard him lecture - there are few who are his match intellectually - which is why he belongs on the Supreme Court. On the other hand, he is the most effective manager of a large bureaucracy that I have seen in my lifetime. For instance, I could see him being an excellent Vice President pick in 2028. That talent, which could really help the USA for decades to come - would be wasted, if he was on the Supreme Court.

DeSantis is the only Governor who went after vaccine mandates and has fought for informed consent.

DeSantis is the only Governor that fought for the people during COVID, who has fought for medical freedom since then.

Only position I would support him in is FEMA head - as Governor this is the one area he absolutely has been above average in. He’s NOT a savvy lawyer (no to AG) and just an average politician otherwise - he grabs a great headline now and then, but he’s not so hot on actually accomplishing the headlines.

President Trump is thinking of adding Governor Ron DeSantis to his cabinet. Is this a good idea? What position would be a good fit? Attorney General, perhaps?

No I’m not a loon. I read beyond the headlines and follow whether or not the headlines come to fruition. Headlines are made - such as property taxes eliminated! The house passed it! Wowszer how awesome is DeSantis!! Ok, reality: what the house passed was a reduction- not elimination. The largest portion of the tax still existed (schools) . Then the FL Senate buried it. ZERO changed - yet DeSantis is still lauded as heroic - like something actually changed. Nothing changed - beyond a headline. He’s a politician- better at the headlines than most, but bottom line - he’s a politician - not a saint nor a savior. BTW - I voted for him every time - doesn’t mean I’m blind to his shortcomings. Only area I’d give him an A+ for is storm response. I think he’d serve this nation well as FEMA head.

DeSantis has been the best Governor I’ve seen in my lifetime. Term is near an end now though so if I’m Trump, I’d replace Alito with DeSantis. Then we get an actual, confirmable, conservative replacement who we don’t have to worry about. He’d do great and be a legendary justice.
