Also useful for traveling. If you search “ best restaurants/bars/hiking/activities in X Reddit,” for any major city, you’ll see a ton of threads with answers from locals. These are generally well vetted because people on the Internet are not shy to speak up if they disagree.

Reddit is a fantastic place to go before making a purchase because it’s filled with people who have researched everything to death. Cars, coffee, makers, running shoes, shirts — you name it and someone has put together an extensive pro/con list of your options.

I remember after Hurricane Maria devastated our island… Trump blocked billions in relief … while thousands died. Because I ALSO remember… he launched his campaign by calling Latinos criminals and rapists. He’s told us what he’ll do. He'll separate children from their families and threatened to use the ARMY to do it This election goes way beyond political parties. Now let’s remember what the United States represents and stands for. It’s our name - United. Regardless of where we’re from. @joerogan Shocking that the presidential nominee won’t carve out several hours from her schedule in the final stretch of a national campaign to sit for a chat in your podcast studio in Austin. If only there were some reasonable solution to this problem…

Also, for the record the Harris campaign has not passed on doing the podcast. They offered a date for Tuesday, but I would have had to travel to her and they only wanted to do an hour. I strongly feel the best way to do it is in the studio in Austin. My sincere wish is to just have a nice conversation and get to know her as a human being. I really hope we can make it happen.
