@laurenoneil Good job I recommend to everyone over 40. Also the prep is easier if you do the more expensive prep over the jug of ? I survived stage 4 colon cancer and a colonoscopy is nothing compared to surgery so get a colonoscopy it can save lives!

Update: had my first colonoscopy & it's true; the worst part was the prep. Highly encourage everyone to get checked. Whether colon cancer runs in your family like mine or not, early detection is so critical. Heres to your health! 🩷

This weekend a JBTV Health Awareness music marathon on CANTV.org watch ch 19 also on ROKU and on Chicago cable ch 19. Lots of JBTV classic music. Sat. 12 noon to 8am then 1st show of 2024 12 am rocking all night long Happy New Year!

Best show on HBO we need more voices of truth and we all need to respect each other.
