I have many questions.

🚨BREAKING: Border Patrol agents illegally detained, assaulted, and arrested a TEENAGER… a U.S. citizen… inside a Target in Minneapolis. Hours later, they dumped him out of their vehicle, leaving him bleeding, injured, and abandoned on the street. In the video, he’s standing on the sidewalk as a man approaches to help him. He’s visibly hurt, shaken, and bleeding. The fear and pain in this teenager’s voice is unmistakable. Border Patrol had no warrant, no charges, and no legal justification to detain him. Both Target employees Border Patrol arrested that day were U.S. citizens. Both were released without charges, because they committed no crimes. Agents did not have specific targets when they entered the store. This was illegal racial profiling, followed by unlawful detention and assault, carried out by a federal agency with no authority to do what they did. This is not a “mistake.” This is not “border enforcement.” This is a federal agency violating the Constitution, brutalizing American citizens, and then abandoning a bleeding teenager like trash. If this can happen to a U.S. citizen in a Target, it can happen to anyone.

Lacatski states that no mainstream news outlets have reached out to him. I reached out to Lacatski in January 2022, to no response. I followed up. No response. In March 2022, I asked George Knapp if he could help me contact Lacatski. Surprisingly, Knapp said, "I think something can worked out with you and Jim." And an interview seemed likely. But then Knapp ghosted me. My follow up emails went unanswered. My most recent emailed request to Lacatski was April 2025. No response.
