@eSpatiallyNY Technology, when new, grabs more attention than how beautifully it evolves. Back then, GIS was one of THE THINGS, but the incredible developments in GIS, its tools, uses, and where it fits and supports new tech may not get the same draw. Sad but true collectively, not only GIS.
