Went to watch Blake Griffin work out in NYC 15 years ago almost to the day. What a player he was at Oklahoma and then the NBA. Incredible athlete with tremendous versatility, instincts, tenacity and skill.

@D_D_Pistons_Fan He's failed as a GM in my opinion. Waited too long to move guys like Bojan/Burks/Hayes, no worthwhile free agent signings, team is worse than ever. The young guys all have to reach their top potential to save his job. I've kind of seen enough.

Is the Pistons GM Troy Weaver really a great scout?
I have given him credit (along with many other people) as being a good scout and bad GM. However, the more I think about it, the less I even think he is a good scout. I'm not trying to hate, I'm just trying to be objective.

@MotorCityHoops Just read through - the lack of a back up point guard has to be addressed this off-season. Troy Brown getting DNPs and Milton being bought out makes it a total head scratcher to trade Morris.
