@Harian_Mossa @Acaffarella7198 Addicted to losing is right. You'd think, and you see on every other team, if you go down 3-4 goals you get physical and maybe start some stuff to rally the team. Slaggert and Donato seem to be about the only ones even attempting to hit anyone. Nobody else really wants to hit.

@Acaffarella7198 This franchise is getting addicted to losing for high picks. And it's not my words. Kyle said the objective is to be higher in the league and to see a visible step. I don't see it. We are getting worse. Some of these young guys are starting to bust.

Kyle told us TWO YEARS AGO that it's unacceptable to finish bottom of the league again. Last year we finished 31st After today's game we will sit 31st We were supposed to turn a corner this year and show a real step. Is it time to start asking tougher questions?

@BenPopeCST I think it was Rick tonight who said the quiet part out loud..."the age of these players are the same as collegiate players". That many kids playing, even if some are good, is like a college team playing in the NHL.

@JaredStillTwo @TheIdealExit77 Not sure exactly, but it's quicker and easier than saying "I've expended all of my ammunition". Kind of like a pilot saying he's "Bingo Fuel". Where did that come from...other than it's easier than saying "I only have enough fuel to get home". 😉

@BenPopeCST I thought last night was the worst game I've seen this year. Tonight was pretty close to tie. At least we held them to 39 shots for the first time in 4 games.

FINAL: Rangers 6, Blackhawks 1 Hideous back-to-back for the Hawks, almost as bad as the LA/Anaheim set in December

@DaleStarkA10 We always had 1150 rds loaded...not sure why because I was APG and not a WPNs guy. I believe there was a major gun inspection for the barrels if you did a full shot.

Most people don’t know this but you can empty the gun in a single pass. Maintainers won’t be thrilled because it reduces the life of the barrels, but it’s perfectly fine in combat. Takes about 17 seconds to shoot the full 1174 rounds. The GAU-8 fires at 70 rounds a second, with the first second being a bit slower as the gun spins up. Carry on.

@miles_commodore I think it was planned only to take buffets away from us! Pizza Hut and KFC closed their buffets in my town forever.

I might be in the minority on this, but I feel the whole COVID fiasco has done permanent damage to our ability to interact with one another.

I figured out what the REAL problem is - no bunnies. By this time most years, as we get closer to Easter, people usually inundate me with awesome, cute, and even scary pictures of bunnies. I haven't received a single one. HOW DARE YOU forget to send me bunnies? ;) Please do!

@MostlyPeaceful I did my A-10 FTD maintenance training at Moody AFB GA, and the range is literally a mile or so on the other side of the flightline. All day I'd hear the Brrrts, and one week they did night Brrrts...lol. Did go out to the range one day to watch...it was awesome.

One of my favorite memories from the army was in Korea. We had a mini shop on one of the ranges by the DMZ. When we were up there doing demo and response, we’d sit out front drinking beers in the evening watching A-10s doing gun runs on the range as the sun set.

To be fair, if I needed a woman to protect me I'd pick H. Clinton. She has the resume for protecting her man.....

It fires 3,900 rounds a minute with a sound like God ripping a bedsheet. This monstrosity is propelled by two 3,000-hp megajets and vestigial wings. When it fires long enough, it stops mid-air. It’s that musky, tobacco-farm, high-T energy—enough chest hair to suffocate a lion. An absolute unit. A plane that instills terror in everything stupid enough to be standing in front of it. It’s a ridiculous contraption that America just can’t quit.
