@JBomowski @ElijahSchaffer Some facts for you. H1 b visa was paused when they introduced the $100,000 application fees for new h1 b’s. None of the usa citizens filled in the open positions for doctors and Trump was forced to remove the restrictions for the doctors as there was a shortage.

🇺🇸🇮🇷 CENTCOM is looking to deploy a hypersonic missile to the Middle East for “possible use against Iran,” per Bloomberg. The request would mark the first deployment of its kind, with the U.S. still lagging behind Russia and China in hypersonic missile capability. The move to deploy the U.S.'s Dark Eagle hypersonic system, still under production and not yet declared operational, by the way, comes after the IRGC reportedly moved its launchers beyond the range of precision strike missiles. I would argue that the likelihood of the ceasefire holding and the U.S. simply leaving the Middle East has risen to 35%. This is for the simple reason that now @POTUS can divert some of the blame for the approaching enery crisis and economic collapse to someone else (ding-dong @PeteHegseth ). However, after a second go, everyone (and their uncle) would blame @WhiteHouse and the U.S. for the catastrophe. @pati_marins64

BREAKING: The Federal Reserve reported an operating loss of -$18.7 billion in 2025, marking its 3rd consecutive annual loss. This brings the total 3-year loss to -$210.3 billion after the -$77.6 billion recorded in 2024 and -$114.0 billion in 2023. The losses are primarily driven by the Fed paying out more in interest to banks and money market funds than it earns from its bond and MBS holdings. Since the losses began in September 2022, the Fed has stopped remitting income to the Treasury Department, ending a streak that totaled +$1.36 trillion since 2008. However, the Fed cannot become insolvent because it quite literally creates its own money. Truly incredible.
