Also while I’m here….the fact that Pick Mes exist and they WANT to cook and clean and have your kids and are begging to be chosen and so many men would rather spend their time arguing with the rest of us instead of simply going and choosing one of them is a pretty telling indicator that the real issue is power and control. They don’t want women who WANT to do these things freely. They want the thrill of dominating women who don’t into submission.

I told my boyfriend I just started my period when he asked 'can we?' and he literally wouldn’t take no for an answer. Forbidding your daughters from going to college is more akin to the Islamic Taliban than Christianity. What’s ironic is, a degree in something like math, language, history, or medicine would greatly benefit a homeschool mom, and these guys almost always insist on homeschooling.

Would you have defiled the Ark of the Covenant if the Holy contents( the tablets, the manna and Aaron's staff) had been removed? Never would that have happened- In fact any one who even touched the outside of the Ark was killed instantly unless you were a Levite (priest). Mary was the true Ark, a sacred vessel- the tabernacle that held God in her spotless virginal womb. She was NOT an ordinary woman, but THE Woman, the New Eve that brought the Salvation of God through her and into the world, to correct what the original Eve had done by bringing sin into the world. She was the daughter of the Heavenly Father, Spouse of the Holy Ghost and Mother of God. Her sublime purity , one of her many graces is one in being with her nature is unquestionable .

I never understood the purpose of this doctrine. Obviously Mary was a virgin when she had Jesus, but why must she remain perpetually so? Especially when the Bible talks about Jesus’s brothers. She was married to Joseph and sex within marriage is good, not sinful.
