@skystracloud I tried contacting @Shopify , but whenever I try to start an online chat, it says my shop is unavailable and so I can't chat to anyone. 😟 what a nightmare! thanks for your advice!

@JBworkshops I think I found the issue Jane, your domain name is pointing to Tso, if your site is at Shopify - it should point to their nameservers. intodns.com/janebowler.co.… - get in touch with Shopify, they'll give you the namservers and then you have to update them on your Tso account.

@tsohost Our janebowler.co.uk website has been down for days and no emails - there is no way to call, chat or file a ticket on your website. Please respond ASAP, thank you
