Surprised about the lack of videos about River Plate's relegation. I was sure a channel like HITC Sevens or FlashBack Football would've covered it. And yes I'm researching it as a Tottenham fan because it's the most recent high profile relegation in football.. Or at least most sudden & most shocking.

@owenthfc__ European Cup winners over 40 years ago, done nothing since. Not even the biggest club in their own city. If you look into the stats of why River were relegated, they absolutely deserved it. Had a PPG average of 1.24 over THREE seasons and lost a two legged play-off.

@JCKM8816 Hamburg are a huge club, champions league winners. Yes their relegation was inevitable as they were barely surviving in previous seasons, but it's still a big relegation

@owenthfc__ HSV have been in Bundesliga 2. for years. I don’t see them as a ‘big’ club. It definitely is more common, but it shows how many big clubs they have. Wolfsburg definitely are a well established side, produced multiple big names since their league title win in 08/09.

Hamburg too if you want to be pedantic. It's a lot more common in German football weirdly. It's not me being dismissive to them, but it just seems to be the case. Even Wolfsburg are fighting relegation right now. Albeit they're not a giant they're also a well established Bundesliga side who even won the league 15-20 years ago. I don't feel like any of these German relegations quite match the scale of River Plate going down.

This would be my team for Sunday. Ideally we could ease johnson back in but with just 6 games to go we don’t have time we can’t afford to leave him out if he’s available. Hatate back in and nygren out wide for me as Maeda or tounekti ain’t cutting it Arthur in for scales.

@JoshMcCafferty7 I'd be inclined to give Palma, Nawrocki and Inamura a chance. Welsh if he maybe continues form as we'll need homegrown players for coefficient. Rest, probably a loan where they play regularly.

Thanks for your concern. I don’t think I need to explain myself, but I will on this occasion. I have 3 jobs. I also live 50 minutes away from him. I regularly get less than 3 hours sleep juggling 3 jobs over a weekend and going Stoke . Mind your own business next time 👍
