Looks like $SDRC is gearing up for a breakout of 0.35 - On the 0.35 break we head quickly back to 0.50 zone. #Gold #Miners #Idaho

Incredible initial updates out of the $PTEL / $RAS #Manganese deal. 🧵 As many know, this asset was one of my babies — another project I always felt was special. The results from the first field visit actually took those expectations even higher. The visit confirmed many of the reasons I pushed so hard to see this project move forward. #1. 60%+ #Manganese from surface ore. 🤯 This was a big surprise. I expected grades in the 20–40% range (which are still incredible for raw manganese ore, by the way). But seeing ~63% Mn from raw surface material? Very impressed. That immediately confirms the potential here and easily hits my original goal of targeting EMM (Electrolytic Manganese Metal) production capability. #2. The District Scale & Continuity In the manganese game, scale is everything. You need large tonnage to make real noise — I'm talking well in excess of 5 million tons. When you start seeing 40%+ manganese across a 6+ kilometer area, that begins to scream world-class potential. Excited to see what systematic sampling and drilling confirm next!

$SDRC : Wow… where to start. M&A? 🧵 #Gold #Silver Let’s read between the lines and simplify this for everyone ⤵️ Bottom line: Could it include a buyout? Yes. (Sure sounds like it to me) One thing I’ve learned being involved in multiple buyouts - they rarely happen at highs. Opportunities like this get targeted at lows… exactly where $SDRC sits today. If not a full buyout, the highest probability outcomes are: 1. Strategic funding partner 2. JV on Lucky Ben / Warren District assets 3. Off-take financing tied to production Important context: Since 2020, I’ve said $SDRC would likely be bought out before 1 oz of #gold is poured and sold. That’s common in this space— once gold is flowing, deals become far more expensive and harder to structure. 🔗x.com/SUNNYLAND24/st… Now layer in the macro: We’re in an environment where many are calling for $10K gold and Major M&A activity, with little pushback. 🔗 x.com/WallStreetMav/… And then look at $SDRC as a target: • Mill built and ready • Road expansion/permitting underway • Extremely close to gold production • Strong local support • Consolidated district under one company 👉🌟That last one matters—a clean, consolidated land package makes this an easy transaction for a larger operator. Whether it’s a buyout or strategic deal… Interest is clearly there. Now we watch how it develops. ⛏️🤞

$BYRG Q4 2025 Update – Progress Through Structure & Discipline $BYRG closed out 2025 with a focused quarter centered on capital structure clarity, alongside continued advancement across its Wyoming asset base. One of the most important developments: Outstanding Shares Reduced YoY • 2024: 7,843,549,615 OS • 2025: 4,830,770,658 OS A significant reduction reflecting ongoing efforts to reconcile legacy share overhang and strengthen the foundation of the Company’s capital structure. 📄 Full Filing: otcmarkets.com/file/company/f… Q4 Focus: Share Reconciliation (BNY Block) Throughout Q4, the Company concentrated heavily on reconstructing historical share records tied to the BNY / Caledonian block, working through legacy transfer agent data and corporate action history. This work is critical to: • Eliminating uncertainty • Removing long-standing overhang • Positioning BYRG for clean forward execution 🌟 As We Move Forward Recent developments surrounding the dissolved Caledonian entity introduce a potential opportunity in this evolving situation. As outlined in recent correspondence, the entity: • Has been formally dissolved • Its liquidators have been discharged • And most importantly — the liquidators have formally relinquished all authority over the legacy share block. This creates a scenario where the shares may now be: ➡️ Legally unclaimed or abandoned ➡️ Functionally inactive within the capital structure ➡️ Potentially subject to issuer-led cleanup or cancellation pathways The Company is actively evaluating its options with counsel and transfer agent to ensure any next steps are executed properly and in the best interest of shareholders.

$SDRC : Looks very similar to the past 2 major uptrends. 0.80+ range in bound imo.

$SDRC : We could be seeing a rapid return to the upper historical trend-line here being 0.80+ per share.

Did you see our latest update? $NALG North America #Lithium & #Gold Corp. has successfully located the historic P&G Beryllium Mine and initiated work toward evaluating a potential small-scale production pathway. Key takeaways: • Large-scale pegmatite system confirmed across the property • Beryllium identified as a potential near-term cash flow opportunity • Continued advancement of lithium and gold exploration targets This marks an important step toward building a multi-commodity development strategy within the White Picacho District.
