@TheBillsGuys Yeah this "promo" sounds like the type of role you give an exec to move him on without firing him. Or maybe he's actually really good at running a large org's back office and Terry wants to keep him around for that while looking for a new GM to draft/manage the roster

The more this simmers the more I think it plays out like this … Beane is the GM through the draft and then steps back from that role and it’s given to Terrance Gray … *Still have no idea about HC but I’m thinking Kubiak/Brady are the front-runners*

I want to ask this question purely HYPOTHETICALLY and making clear I do not think Sean McDermott gets fired. But--if he were, who would you want to replace him with? Who out there in your opinion is better? We all agree it would be a very attractive job for any candidate.
