Started to notice that I use a lot of future tense in my speech. Now I keep on catching myself planning, living in the future. Weird but interesting to explore if there is someone else with these tendencies.

On a personal note → I’ve joined the Hubs Network team. I’m excited to work alongside smart, experienced, purpose-driven people shaping what shared impact can look like. The soft launch was only the first step. But the direction feels right. 🚀

The Hubs Network can be more than a community. It can be collective infrastructure — for funding intelligence, skill exchange, and visibility. This is where impact ecosystems can evolve.

Impact projects rarely lack passion. What they often lack is shared infrastructure. At the Hubs Network soft launch last week in Barcelona, we gathered 14 grassroots initiatives + an international crowd to explore what that could look like. ? ?hubsnetwork.org

Dee Hock on the founding of Visa in his work "Chaordic Organization". Visa was perhaps the first successful case of a permissionless platform with decentralized governance and ownership. Many lessons to be learned here half a century later for crypto networks.

Great article and very interesting thoughts on DAO's evolution and path towards collaboration. Made me think about DAO of DAO's for L2. What if instead of competing for user base, these ecosystems focus more towards shared initiatives, grant programs and governance frameworks?

3 VC Deals & Crypto Users Deal count rose, total raised fell ~20%. a16z sees ~220M monthly active addresses, but real usage might be ~30-60M once bots & duplicates are filtered out.

2 Solana’s Fee Surprise Apps raked in ~$500M, briefly topping Ethereum. ~25% from liquid staking, 50% from trading (memecoins!). Though memecoins are <3% by cap, they can be ~11% of volume—cheap fees + spare blockspace = speculation mania.
