Explain this to me like I’m a small child. Engaging in fraud pays out billions Being a lobbyist for fraud in DC pays out millions. Exposing fraud gets you notoriety but pays out nothing, invites lawsuits and death threats… Given this, can the system truly ever change?

California Identity Scam: Petition Fraudsters Logging Into Online Database To Supply Real Voter Names For Forged Signatures & Streamline Ballot Petition Payments “You’re not gonna use your name… I’m giving you one.” Residents Are OUTRAGED After Learning Their Identities Were Used Without Consent In Part III of the cash-for-ballots investigation, petition fraudsters on Skid Row in Los Angeles were caught on hidden camera logging into an online database accessing registered voter names and addresses. These identities were then given to homeless individuals and used to sign in the name of on election petitions. Our undercover footage shows these signatures completed under false identities, followed by cash payments. We tracked the names used in the footage and went door-to-door to verify the individuals whose names appeared in the footage. Residents confirmed the addresses were accurate, but denied ever signing any petitions. “That’s my address… but that wasn’t me.” @camhigby and I confronted Brenda Brown after previously capturing her on tape discussing payment for voter registration work. She agreed to speak privately. SIGVALID.COM was identified as the online database used to access real voters' names and addresses for the petition ballots. More footage shows how these petitions were completed, including instances where the “Declaration of Circulator” was not signed at the time of submission. In one case, Steven Nelson appears to have signed as circulator, despite Brenda Brown conducting the circulation. This violates California Elections Code § 104, which requires the circulator to sign a declaration in their own hand stating they personally circulated the section and witnessed the signatures being written, under penalty of perjury. BREAKING: CALIFORNIA MASS IN-PERSON ELECTION FRAUD CRIMES CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Recordings Show Homeless Are Paid By Petitioners To FORGE Real Voters’ Signatures To Sign Ballot Petitions On Skid Row, Thousands of Times Disenfranchised Voters Say They Are OUTRAGED After Being Shown Their Signatures Are Forged Undercover in Los Angeles, James O’Keefe uncovered an election fraud pyramid scheme operating on Skid Row. In Part II of Cash for Ballots, series hidden camera footage shows petition circulators paying homeless individuals $2–$3 per form to sign ballot petitions using the names and addresses of real registered voters and forging their signatures. Circulators provided printed lists of voters, assigned identities, and directed the homeless individuals exactly what to write, monitoring them to ensure the information matched so the circulators get paid. “You only write what I tell you to write.” “Your name’s Robert.” “If you mess up, I can’t get paid.” The conduct captured appears to violate multiple California felony statutes, including Elections Code §18613 (signing another person’s name to a petition), Penal Code §470 (forgery), Elections Code §18601–18602 (paying for petition signatures), and Penal Code §470 (forging signatures). The OMG team and Cam Higby visited addresses tied to the voters' names being used. One resident said the named voter had not lived at the address for nearly a decade, yet election mail was still being delivered. “Doesn’t live here, uh I bought this house nearly 9 years ago. The only reason I know that name, is because we still get her mail.” “i always feel really weird when I get the voting ballot. Cause like, you know, obviously that’s fraudulent.” This is Part II of an ongoing investigation. The fraud in California, New York and Illinois is far greater than in Minnesota. My guess for how much fraud is happening nationwide is roughly 10% of the Federal budget, so about $700 billion per year.
