Something as drastic as this would surely have come up in tournament reports FIFA and CAF shared, and I read most of these when visiting the FIFA museum's library

Predicted Claudio Giraldez’s success after only one game, which was also the first game of his coaching career. Has taken Celta Vigo away from the relegation zone, after the Rafa Benitez debacle, to mid table safety. He’s done all this while playing a possession-based brand of football and controlling the games. They’ll get the top half next season, and if Giraldez continues like this while being backed by the club, I can see Celta getting into Europe in 2 years. Would be a very good option for Brighton.
