🦈 Tope Tracking Update! 2 female tope sharks, tagged in Cardigan Bay this summer, have been detected 100+ miles away in the Bristol Channel! Thanks to @SwanseaUni for alerting us to the detections, helping to learn more about tope movements around the UK coastline.

Excellent event @BPSMTU thanks to @louiseovery @strandings_man @JDScuba and @IrishElasmos. Dissection of an Angel Shark that was found on the shore in co Clare. A critically endangered species. So cool to see one up close.

Heading back to @ZSLScience from Ireland- helped @louiseovery and @JDScuba conduct a #CSIOfTheSea Angel Shark Project: Ireland demo exam of an Irish stranded #angelshark for an audience at @MTU_ie. Found dead stranded near Ballyvaughan in July- hope the attendees found it useful!
