Spotted 8 Cattle Egret in flight just South of Dunquin yesterday and later relocated them in a field nearby. Also present at Dunquin was a calling Yellow-Browed Warbler, a Spotted Flycatcher and a Blackcap.

@m_brosnan Very difficult graphic for the colourblind. Red-green is the most difficult combination. Blue-orange or blue-red is good. With patterns even better.

Great day on Brownstown Head,Co. Waterford today with 2 different male Bluethroats found by @Watbirder1 The first spring birds I’ve seen in Ireland. Saw 2 Hoopoes as well on the Head. 1st. Wn. Common Crane showed well on the way home near Goresbridge, Co. Kilkenny.

After yesterday's fall of Hoopoes on the south coast, @daniel_weldon and I decided to do Brownstown Head this morning. Within a couple of hours, we had stumbled across 2 Bluethroats!! Also caught up with one of the Hoopoes later in the day. Memorable! @BrownstownBirds @watbirds
