@JD_fotography Hi, train services will not be diverted via Staines, they will be diverted via Cobham; as previously mentioned, we advise to use National Rail to check your journey #O" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">nationalrail.co.uk/journey-planne…; if you need to get to Staines from Goldaming, please see #O" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">nationalrail.co.uk/journey-planne… ^MC ^MC

@JD_fotography Hi, the lines between Woking and Guildford will be closed all weekend due to maintenance work and train services will be diverted via Cobham ^MC
English

@JD_fotography Hi, have you checked your journey on nationalrail.co.uk ? ^RC

@wellhubhelp, my question is (which no one seems to know the answer), is this status change intentional? If I look at @1Rebel_UK Chelsea, their classes still come up as premium classes, whereas my local 1Rebel Holborn/Euston/Oxford Circus is standard access.

English

Hi @wellhubhelp, @1Rebel_UK has changed from Premium classes to Standard access with a limit of 6 classes per month. Your Reddit account posted that I should have got a notification, and the app won't let you book more than 6 classes, however I tested this by booking 7.

@SouthernRailUK Thanks, it's busy at non-peak hours, especially because it serves an airport. I've seen fights break out on this line when it's packed. It really should warrant extra services or more carriages
English

@JD_fotography Hi there Jonny, normally these services run as 8-12 coaches. I do appreciate it is a peak time to travel and I will feed this back to the relevant team for investigation^TT
English

@SouthernRailUK why is the busy Lewes to Victoria route seemingly always 8 carriages - like the 18:55 today? The platform is packed at Lewes, and it'll be rammed after Gatwick. It's like this everyday
English

@swtrains_watch @SW_Help Communication at Waterloo station completely falls apart when there's issues. Trains departing empty without announcements or without appearing on the information boards, despite the concourse being packed with people waiting for details on their next train home. It's bonkers
English

Following yesterday’s network meltdown—one of the worst days in SWR’s 9 year history with 70% of services delayed of cancelled—we are meeting MD Lawrence Bowman and the leadership team this afternoon.
We’ll be pushing for answers and raising your concerns directly. @SW_Help

@SouthernRailUK I complain every year, it never improves yet Southern Rail is well aware it's #Brightonmarathonweekend and should attempt to accommodate the additional passengers. Saw a lady wearing a nurse uniform unable to get on at moulsecoomb. Unacceptable performance to be honest
English

@JD_fotography Hi there Jonny, I will get this raised to the relevant team, if you also wish to complain about our services you can do that here :
southernrailway.com/help-and-suppo… ^TT

@SouthernRailUK would have been a good idea to put more carriages on the 08:05 Newhaven to Brighton this morning. It's completely full at Lewes, no one can get on, and shoulder to shoulder standing. It was like this last year too, and the year before that.
English

@swtrains_watch @SW_Help @TransportCttee @Heidi_Labour @allpartyrail @TransportFocus @transportgovuk It's utterly mental how long it takes for them to authorise taxis when the lines are blocked and no viable alternative methods of transport exist. Given how often SW rail has issues they've probably found it cheaper to ignore the problem and only pay back the customers who claim
English

@SouthernRailUK hi my parents are traveling from Newhaven town to Egham on the 18th April. When I search online the journey planner does not show changeover at Clapham junction, why? Lewes trains towards London always stop there, it's a huge interchange
English

@swtrains_watch @SW_Help @railandroad Whenever there's issues SW rail cease updating train stations and staff. The information boards become entirely useless, it's baffling. Trains just start leaving whenever, with no announcements
English

@JD_fotography @SW_Help There's no excuse for this. Someone must know what's going on, so why can't passengers be kept informed @SW_Help? And any delay repay claims will be assessed on the service that departed first, not the earlier one that departed later. @railandroad
English

@SW_Help no announcements, no information, just watched the delayed 22:20 service to reading leave Waterloo, while I'm on a stationary 22:50 to reading (which is not delayed according to the information board). Utter shambles, surely they can communicate better @swtrains_watch
