@JDarakd Great idea. I am working 80+ hours during the week and been feeling terrible not working out. Try to on the weekends.
Come May I will have 16 hours back so that will be good

No one wants to talk about how the secret sauce to staying jacked as shit while having very little free time working 80+ hour weeks is to just do a quarter murph every morning
Get a weighted vest (or don’t if you’ve already got 25lbs of extra weight on your belly) & run a quarter mile, do 25 pull ups, 50 pushups, 75 squats, then run another quarter mile
Should only take ~15 mins so there’s no real reason not to, just wake up 15 mins earlier
Covers all of your bases in terms of full body, maybe it’s a little light on legs if anything. Throw a Sunday leg day in every week & you’ll be fine
Also not too much volume that you can’t do it daily. You might be sore the first few times but the body will adapt in a week or so
This is my answer to not having 1+ hour every day for the gym. Would love to hear other people’s solutions

@dontflytoohigh It seems so, the LME and Midwest Premium have both gone up noticeably in recent days. We still haven’t felt the effects of that somehow, but I imagine the downstream effects & mill pricing will reflect those increased input costs soon
